However, if a customer goes to the business and they are not valued, there will be a likelihood chance that the customer will never go back to that business.

In the following, I will be comparing my current employer, which is Wells Fargo Advisors, against the survey, which states the norms that operate a business (found on page 21 of the textbook). The first statement is, Our business objectives are driven primarily by customer rapture. Regarding this statement, I would give it a rating of two, which means disagree.
