Introduction
This paper give describe the melodic line entity regulations of the state of Virginia. It allow identify the business administration codes of Virginia, and the contact in geological formation for Virginias heap Commission. It will also describe the process for obtaining an annual filing chronicle for a corporation in the state of Virginia.

There are seven steps in the formation process. The first step is to get hold the business entity type, which include; sole proprietorship, general partnership, limited partnership, corporation, business trust and limited indebtedness company. maltreat two in this process is to register with the Virginia assign Corporation Commission, except for the sole proprietor.
