c.My last example I wanted to hold up was when the doctor got mad at Gallo for sending samples to the French. He was highly concerned (and ended up being right) that the French would take the credit for discovering the cause of AIDS.
To these doctors, earing the credit of the cause of AIDS was more important than helping the people that were suffering with it.

a.One scene where they exhibit supportive communication was when Richard Gere (I forgot his name in the movie) went to the hotel and struck up a conversation with the two homosexual boys in the lobby.
