Functions of management consist of four main map; planning, organizing, leading,
and controlling. any managing director who wishings to be successful at their job, should follow these

The first function or the foundation function of management is planning, its to specify
and decide the actions conducted to coating a project or to reach a goal. You need to be able to identify
the goals in hand, know your objectives, uprise your methods and the resources needed to carry out
your methods, and fin completelyy have your dates set out for the completion of your tasks.
Every Sunday at my work place, my manager spends his time looking at the employees
schedules to see the hours everyone is about to have for that week, from there he would have a

the purpose and outcome of each task toward the goal we are trying to reach, which really makes
it more fun to work and to reaching that goal.
Third function is leading, thats when the managers is elating people to be high
