Oprah born in 1954, in a small town in manuscript and raised in Nashville, Tennessee, by the sequence she was 17, her career began in broadcasting for a radio station WVOL. However by the time she was 19 she co-anchor her first talk show as she continued to work as a report. Oprah with her outgoing, empathetic personality soon found that was her niche in life was to execute a forces of a TV show. In January 1984, she was invited to cabbage to host a half-hour morning show that afterward turned into an hour long show called the Oprah Winfrey Show, in phratry 1985. Oprahs focus was her belief in her and abilities in life that group her to reach her objectives with a career in broadcasting. During that time in her life without being seen continued to diversity in broadcasting areas.
As she used her mind to focus and concentrate her time and energy to achieving her dreams (Academy of Achievement, 2012).
Another thing for her was to overcome diversity with the undergo of abuse and adversity as a young child, Oprah actual the survival instinct at an early age. She learned the lesson that if you valued to not only stay alive but in like manner make something of yourself you had to fight. This would well prepare her for the obstacles she would later face in the worlds of broadcasting and business. As Oprah entered her career the thoughts were how to best serve the fellowship as a television talk show host and demonstrated her social awareness.
