This is also important because client/residents have the right to be cared for in a calm and unhurried atmosphere. Your attitude is very important in providing this atmosphere; if you have a sturdy attitude it may rub off on others and chance on your colleges and client/residents attitude.
Accuracy, this includes arriving on time for work, coming prepared to do your job, and carrying out your assignment correctly. This is also important because client/residents intrust on you with ADLS (activities of daily living), If you show up ripe for work clients may have to stay in supply and wait for you to arrive because they are unable to get out of bed without your assistance. If your working in a LTC (Long Term Care) quick-wittedness it may not only affect your resident simply also your colleges and their residents as their work load is heavier as they are now caring for your residents as well as theirs. This also disrupts and disturbs you client/residents daily routine and may make them later(a) for appointment they may need to attend that day.
