1.INTRODUCTION
Education in Africa has been and is still a problematic issue. Africa, a continent plagued by violence and poverty has a business relationship of illiteracy and discrimination. According to Novicki (1998) in the late 1990s scarce half of the children of African countries were going to primary school, adult literacy judge ar below 40%, and over 50% of women are illiterate.
