Abstract
The best way to infer cobblers last, dying and sorrowfulness is to understand there are no cut and dry stages to death and dying. Every human being is a unique private who cums to the end of life with their own unique story. We all come from different backgrounds; cultural, religious, and family. All of this is brought to ones end of life story, and although each psyches experiences whitethorn differ, it is known, that there are some things that people experience when faced with their own death and the death of others. Grief is a process; it is an experience people must go through after the loss of a loved one. in that respect is no time limit for how long this grief may last. Grief is something that cannot be avoided. It must be experienced; the sadness, the anger, and the viciousness that comes with the loss of a loved one. This essay aims to take a closer look at the grief process crosswise the lifespan and developmental differences in the understanding of death as touched upon above will be looked at much in depth as will responses to death and grief reactions.

People experience and deal with grief differently but it is believed there are some ordinary sorrow processes that everyone goes through; a range of feelings, moods and behaviours that follow a loss. It is believed that normal grieving processes include feelings of sadness, anger, guilt, self-reproach, anxiety, loneliness, fatigue, helplessness, shock, yearning, emancipation, relief, and numbness (McFarland & McFarlane, 1988). It is also believed that people across the lifespan will experience things differently when handout through the grieving process.
