My sustenance on the first of all hebdomad when I did this appellation was comparable to the food and

habit assignment on the first week of class. My diet is even-tempered comparable to the food and diet
pyramid. I still live a very healthy life. I am still training for a marathon, which has me running 5
times a week. It puts a lot o stress on my body, so my diet plays an important part on repairing
and refueling my body.

fuel my runs and workouts. When I did the assignment I was intaking about
2000 calories on days that I did not workout or exercise. I was intaking about 2500 calories on
days that I worked out or days I ran. I still to this day intake about 2000 calories on days I do not
