Role of the U.S. Constitution and the Legal System

Businesses conducted within the United States are subjected to the laws. In addition, businesspeople owe a duty to act ethically in the conduct of their affairs, and businesses owe a responsibility non to harm society. (Chesseman, 2007, p.2) Thitherfore, the United States Constitution, and the legal system are here to enforce such responsibility. The constitution is a source of the law. So is the legal system as well. The law is made up of rules to improve conduct in individuals, organizations, and businesses.
It is intended to protect persons and their prop against unwanted interference from others. In other words, the law forbids persons from zesty in certain undesirable activities. (Cheeseman, 2007, p.2) The United States Constitution be the main source of law, determines if other laws, whether federal, state, or local opposed with the constitution, is unconstitutional and therefore, unenforceable, (Cheeseman, 2007, p.9).
The Constitutions began with 27 amendments, and 12 were ratified but only if 10 made it into effect. America knows these as Bill of Rights.
Matters non listed as federal issues in the constitution are dealt by state executives, legislatures, and courts. State law handles areas like business establishing, distressing or civil law. Now the Constitution set the origin of the federal government. These three branches are Legislative (Congress), Executive (president), and juridic (courts), (Cheeseman, 2007, p.9). The Legislative creates the laws, the Executive branch enforces laws, and Judicial validates and interprets the laws made. The president tin can enter into treaties, with the Senates approval, which affects global business.
